Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Lead performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Support training and development initiatives to build skills and engagement
- Manage payroll inputs and benefits administration in coordination with Finance
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports for management
- Partner with leadership and department heads on workforce planning, culture, and alignment with business objectives Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an advantage)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong HR operations
