Senior Project Control Engineer

AswaQ Developments is looking for an experienced Senior Project Control Engineer to join our team and contribute to the planning, monitoring, and control of our real estate development projects. 📍

Location:
El Shorouk City, Cairo 🔹

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Control and Planning.
• Previous experience in real estate development and contracting companies is a must, preferably in commercial malls and retail projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, baseline preparation, progress monitoring, and schedule updates.
• Experience in tracking project milestones, identifying delays, analyzing schedule variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Ability to prepare and analyze progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Good understanding of resource planning, critical path analysis, and project performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 🔹

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and time plans using Primavera P6.
• Monitor actual progress against approved baselines and identify potential delays.
• Analyze schedule variances and critical activities, providing recommendations to keep projects on track.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and communicate project status to management.
• Coordinate with technical office, site, procurement, and other project teams to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Support project managers in developing recovery plans and monitoring corrective actions.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators to ensure timely project completion.
