Job Description
• Assist the Manager & Sr. Team Leader to achieve the required and set targeted KPIs.
• Expand current channels/payment solutions & optimize the potential of existing partners Set e& Egypt "Digital Applications Strategy" & the commercial roadmap aiming to penetrate the unbanked population & increase Digital and Fintech growth.
• Develop 'Sub-Divisional
- Strategies for both Product Development, Sales & Operational fronts.
• Set Payments & Mobile commerce "Channel Strategy" with the manager to achieve horizontal & vertical expansion Drive e& Egypt Digital Finance and Fintech Acquisition Landscape by setting the roadmap & commercial plan.
• Manage End to End distribution network in terms of footprint and value to customers.
• Conducting commercial partnerships strategies locally & internationally with merchants, banks, Aggregators and fintech companies.
• Create deals with business partners & act as sales arm to acquire corporate accounts
• Evaluate operational processes for the MFS business area and improve opportunities to promote a customer focused portfolio Manage & leverage on customer experience journey across all touch points to build engagement across functional product development unit.
• Work with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
• Enhancing workflow & ensuring operational excellence of Digital applications.
• Assist in identifying potential markets to capitalize on underserved areas.
Qualifications:
• High skilled in presentations and MS office tools.
• Flexible to work under pressure.
• Able to achieve set targets and KPIs.
• Experienced in the telecommunications industry.
• Ability to navigate in a highly matrix organization effectively. •Ability to work independently with others in a cross-functional nature across the organization. •Required years of
