Core
Responsibilities:
-
• Receive and review Inpatient /outpatient service requests and medical service bills.
• Verify coverage eligibility, benefits, and network provider status according to client contracts and operating guidelines.
• Monitor service completion and ensure timely case closure.
• Coordinate case management, admin executive team and Outpatient team with accurate status, documentation, and outcomes.
• Escalate delayed, rejected, or critical cases according to the defined escalation workflow.
• Prepare operational reports related to dispatch volume, turnaround time, and backlog.
• Coordinate with Patient Accounts, Collection, Reconciliation teams, preapprovals team and Outpatient services to ensure complete and timely submissions.
• Communicate with providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
• Ensure smooth outpatient service scheduling and minimize delays.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operating procedures, client contracts, and SLAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy in line with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure documentation completeness for audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree at any discipline
• +5 years of experience in patient accounting.
• Basic knowledge of patient workflows and healthcare service processes.
• Understanding of insurance coverage verification, provider networks, and authorization processes.
