• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience working with Real Property transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury real estate markets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
