About the Role
Top Terminal Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee daily export and import operations, coordinate international freight movements, and ensure efficient shipment execution across sea, air, and inland transportation.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily export and import logistics operations.
• Coordinate sea freight, air freight, and international and local inland transportation.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with carriers, transport providers, customers, and internal teams.
• Review shipping documentation and support smooth operational processes.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain effective communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Ensure operational efficiency and service quality. Requirements
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in export and import operations.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and international and local inland transportation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to supervise daily logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments.
