Role Description The School Principal at Spark International School is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Principal will provide overall educational leadership, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with the school’s mission, values, and academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, supervising and mentoring teachers, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment. The Principal will coordinate with department heads, manage school operations, and lead initiatives that enhance teaching quality and student outcomes. The role also involves engaging with families and the community, managing communication across stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international school expectations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Educational Leadership skills, including experience guiding school-wide vision, managing staff, and leading academic initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education expertise, with a solid understanding of modern teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teachers, students, families, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess experience with Middle School education, including familiarity with the developmental needs and learning pathways of middle-grade learners.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting, preferably in an international or bilingual environment.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, student-focused culture and implement policies that support diversity, equity, and well-being.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and school operations.
