• Turn product priorities into clear requirements
• Manage the backlog and work with engineering on planning and delivery.
• Answer questions, resolve blockers, and keep the team aligned on scope and priorities.
• Work with design to make sure features are simple and easy to use.
• Test features with QA and engineering before launch.
• Track results, review customer feedback, and identify improvements after release. What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech.
• Hands-on experience working directly with engineering teams to ship products.
• Ability to write clear requirements and think through edge cases.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort using data to make decisions and measure results.
• Ownership and attention to detail—from defining a feature to making sure it works well after launch.
