- 🔥 What You’ll Do
• 📞 Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• 🔄 Follow up regularly to understand students’ learning needs and offer personalized renewal solutions.
• 📊 Monitor students’ progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
• 💬 Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth and satisfying renewal experience. --------
- ⭐ Requirements
• 💼 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field.
• 🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• 🎯 Target-driven mindset with a positive, results-oriented approach.
• 🚀 Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission. --------

Location:
Maadi, Cairo (On-site) 🕒 Schedule:
• Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes 1 hour & 15 min break)
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: Day Off --------
