Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
• Handle mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment .
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements:
• Males only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment
• Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment
• Ability to handle Mass Hiring
• Resident of Badr City or nearby areas
• Good communication and recruitment skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
