Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of interior design projects across all design stages. Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, construction documentation, and detailed design packages. Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Coordinate with architectural, MEP, structural, and multidisciplinary teams. Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards. Coordinate material selections, finishes, and detailing with project requirements. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical coordination workshops. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design consultancy. Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max is an advantage. Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
