Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Biomedical Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining medical equipment in hospitals and clinics, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Daily tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, calibrating devices, and documenting service activities and reports. The role involves collaborating with clinical staff to understand equipment usage, providing user training where needed, and coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams for technical support and spare parts. The Biomedical Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and support the implementation of new technologies and integrated medical solutions across customer sites. Job

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Good command of English.
• Must be a resident of 5th Settlement, Nasr City, or Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), Cairo.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell the company’s medical equipment and solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on their requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, negotiations, and customer orders.
• Conduct customer visits and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
