Company Description JUSQ Estate is a next-generation real estate brokerage based in New Cairo, built on a core principle of trust. Whether clients are buying, selling, or investing, they benefit from a consultative, client-centered service model. Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves sourcing and listing residential and investment properties, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. The consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating offers, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and delivering timely, clear information to support decision-making. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, staying current on local real estate trends and regulations, and representing JUSQ Estate with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with demonstrated experience in advising clients on property transactions and investments.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial, along with a valid real estate license or equivalent where applicable.
• Experience in the New Cairo or wider Egyptian real estate market, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and uphold ethical standards in all transactions is required.
