We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor with a strong background in courier operations and delivery services to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure the smooth execution of delivery activities.
• Manage drivers, delivery vehicles, and fleet allocation to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor delivery performance, route efficiency, and on-time delivery rates.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient shipment handling.
• Track vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Handle operational issues and delivery delays efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, vehicle utilization, and driver productivity.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Fleet Supervisor or in a similar fleet management role.
• Proven experience in courier, last-mile delivery, or delivery services is a must.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, driver management, and delivery processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
