ABOUT THE ROLE
As a STEAM Mentor at CMind, you will guide teams of students aged 12–18 through designing and building real-world projects inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Your role is to help students develop technical skills, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through hands-on learning experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️ Mentor student teams throughout the full project cycle, from idea generation to prototype development. ▪️ Teach programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills. ▪️ Guide students in robotics and embedded systems using Arduino, ESP32, and related technologies. ▪️ Introduce students to maker culture and digital fabrication tools, including 3D Printing, CNC, and Laser Cutting. ▪️ Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment. ▪️ Track students' progress and provide feedback to the CMind team. REQUIREMENTS We are looking for candidates who have: ▪️ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a closely related field. ▪️ Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). ▪️ Hands-on experience with programming, electronics, or embedded systems. ▪️ Familiarity with 3D printing and digital fabrication is a plus. ▪️ The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to teenagers. ▪️ Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
