• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes related to loan applications, approvals, disbursements, repayments, and financial services.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Support system enhancements, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments for proposed business
• Prepare Business Requirements Document and Functional Requirements Document, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.
• Experience with BRDs, FRDs, and process mapping.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• FinTech, banking, or financial services experience is a strong plus.
