Experience:
Minimum 2 years Job Responsibilities Handle first-line IT support through the company's ticketing system and resolve user issues within agreed SLAs. Provide on-site IT support across offices, showrooms, and project sites. Support IT infrastructure design and implementation for new project mobilization, including networks, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling. Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVRs, and access control systems. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure proper installation and implementation. Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure. CCNA knowledge is mandatory, with good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory (MCSA level). Practical experience with CCTV, access control, networking, and IT hardware. Previous experience in real estate or construction is preferred. A valid driving license and access to a car are preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
