Join our dynamic team as a Senior Backend Developer and help us shape the future of our tech solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend systems with Laravel PHP for scalability and high performance.
Design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements and build efficient APIs.
Identify and resolve backend-related issues, optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
Implement and maintain security protocols for data protection and system integrity.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
strong understanding of services, microservices architecture, and real-time data streaming.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience working as a backend developer, with expertise in Laravel PHP.
Tech Proficiency: Strong proficiency in backend technologies, including but not limited to MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, etc.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges independently.
Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, working effectively in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

Certifications and Continuous Learning: Certifications in Laravel PHP or ASP.NET, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Full-Stack Awareness: Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, enabling a holistic understanding of the development stack and better collaboration with frontend teams.
Cloud Proficiency: Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging cloud-native services for scalability and reliability.
