Your Responsibilities:

Actively identify and engage with potential clients to build long-lasting partnerships.
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and expand the client base.
Support the recruitment team by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

Fluent in English (German knowledge is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Experience in cold calling and client acquisition is preferred.
Enthusiasm for recruitment and sales, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
