Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:ELDS Operations ManagerYour Role: Own the ChallengeProvides visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.Provides feedback on the site's ability to support the demand plan in the S&OP process.Owns the inventory or Net Working Capital (NWC) checkbook for the local unit.Accountable for site inventory and driving inventory optimization projects within the site.Ensures the right inventory levels are maintained, optimizing them according to the company's targets, while ensuring a high customer service level.Establishes and maintains inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines.Responsible for the inventory checkbook process and related periodical follow-ups/monthly reviews.Runs a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.Coordinates an appropriate response to unplanned events.Supports the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories)What it takes to Run what runs the world8+ Years of ExperienceBachelor of production/electrical Engineering from a reputable university.Fluency in English and Arabic language.Logical thinking root cause analysis technique.Strong expertise in SAP PP/MM modules, with hands-on experience in production planning, material management, and inventory optimization.What's in it for youWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
