**Overview of the role**:To ensure documentations to different departments sent on time met or exceeded by effectively carrying out day to day jobs to meet service standards in the Regional Office.

**What you will do**:

- Follow all the procedures regarding information and documentation whilst making deliveries.
- Constantly update files.
- Provide feedback if there is any quality problems.
- Ensure personal hygiene and tidiness when on duty, and interact with customer with due consideration to cultural sensibilities.
- Training and self-developing as well as procedures and processes.
- To represent brand at the required level
- To maintain standards to the required level

**What you will need**:

- 3 - 4 years
- Knowledge of retail operations
