We are looking for a Team to work at our Egypt Cloud Kitchen Branch.
Confident, vibrant and experienced team members to work together on the company daily routine along with achieving targets & overall work progress & to report to Kuwait Management on a regular basis.

Should be able to join in 2-3 months time.
Residence in Egypt.
Salary depends on experience & more importantly quality of work, Plans & methods with successful results. Good spoken & written English & Arabic speaking skills.

1 - Head Chef
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
- Being responsible for health and safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices

2 - Sales Manager (Central/ Cloud Kitchen/restaurant experience)
- Plan and manage a team to execute sales strategies to drive revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction in a Central Kitchen / Food Production environment
- To provide support and services to all customers
- Lead, train and manage team of sales executives
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales target and improve customer service experience
- Develop product offerings, maintain relationships with key clients for repeat business
- Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify, research and develop new clients in the designated market segment
- Negotiate favourable contracts
- Formulation and review of sales targets and growth strategies including short and long term goals
- Develop sales forecasts, budgeting and monitoring competitor strategies
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of products
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure team's paper works including contracts and billings are processed accurately and timely
- Monitor sales activity to ensure contracts and proposals go out in a timely manner
- Ensure sales department works closely with other departments to improve inter-department processes and SOPs
- Prepare sales reports

3 - Kitchen Operations Manager
- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
- Work closely with GM and management team in Egypt & Kuwait to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies.
