We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Payments Processor Staff**.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Maximizing the productivity and improving the quality to meet customer expectations & achieve maximum interest & profitability Understanding critical documentation and interpreting information and risk involved.
- Review customer’s payment details to identify possible patterns of money laundering and terrorist financing activity, and report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and agreed time frames.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced processing environment and problem-solving skills.
- Review, collect and transmit supporting details to the Assistant Manager of Operations upon conclusion of review and whether further investigation is warranted based on a reasonable assessment of information obtained.
- Follow appropriate escalation matrix and proactively highlight questionable profiles based on logical reasoning against text-book approach towards procedures.
- Keep current with understanding of systems, policies, procedures and US regulations, and work on short-term projects/assignments with primary focus on quality.
- Outbound call to the customer to understand couple of queries.
Requirements**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree or with equivalent industry/functional experience
- Fluent in spoken/ written and written English
- Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changes in corporate and department objectives in addition to recommending changes to assist in meeting these objectives.
- Ability to balance quality and quantity (volumes) with primary focus on quality.
- Is self-motivated, pragmatic (sense of urgency is a must)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
- Banking / Payments Products knowledge will be an asset.
- Previous customer service experience will be an asset.
