Assistant to Director of KOMPASS in Somabay
Kompass Education, located in Somabay, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Kompass Director in Somabay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is fluent in English and Arabic, with German language skills being a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the School Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of school programs and events
- Maintain and update student records and databases
- Communicate with parents, staff, the Kompass HQ and Somabay Management contacts in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and purchasing supplies
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in German is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
