- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and track departmental budgets, alerting departments of variances or overspending.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with departments to provide financial data and assist in budget planning.
- Reconcile bank statements and university accounts regularly.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist with payroll accounting and employee expense reimbursements as needed.
