**Description**: Sutherland is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join us as Reporting Analyst. SmartLeap team is deploying multiple toolsets for Sutherland’s Software as a Service (Saas) clients. We need a reporting analyst who can co-ordinate and deliver the reports on time with quality. The resource will act as the main point of contact for the programs & will be responsible for delivery of reports on-time. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you Responsibilities: - Would be required to gather input data and analyze information - Prepare reports - Design data management and reporting tools - Co-ordinate with business teams and leaders - Collaborate with business teams and leadership - Would need to coordinate with internal resources & cross functional teams.

**Qualifications**:
**To succeed in this position, you must**: - Good educational background & experience in reporting related to ITeS space. - Good client facing & internal communications skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Problem solving skills Interpersonal Skills: - Ability to understand the requirement - Ability to stay focused on critical deliverable while handling multiple complex projects - Effectively prioritize multiple activities and follow up to closure with minimum supervision
