**Job Purpose**:
The Senior SEO is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, drive targeted website traffic, and support business goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of SEO, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic SEO plans to improve organic search rankings and website performance.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimise website architecture, on-page elements, and content to meet SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO alignment across all digital assets.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve site performance issues.
- Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Develop and oversee content strategies to enhance organic visibility and user engagement.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful SEO strategies.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or others.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
