3Shape is changing dentistry together with dental professionals across the world, by developing innovations that provide superior dental care for patients. 3Shape is a developer and manufacturer of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutions for the dental industries based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company has production facilities and offices in China, Europe, the Americas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing training, consultancy, product demos, onboarding either virtual/online as well as physical to 3Shape customer
- Customer groups can either be resellers and/or end users (dentists and lab technicians)
- Assisting the sales and support teams on events, congresses, and exhibitions in Africa +.
- Playing a key role in obtaining feedback and input from the Africa + market to product management and R&D
- Facilitating the understanding and usage of our products through classroom, webinars, and remote trainings initiatives

**Who you are**:

- Dentist or Dental technician.
- You have work experience as Product Specialist, Trainer or Application Specialist within the dental industry.
- Experience with dental CAD/CAM and specifically with 3Shape hardware and software either TRIOS as well as lab will be beneficial.
- You have knowledge and insights in the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians.
- Having great customer care & customer satisfaction mind-set.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Desirable French.
- You are enthusiastic about traveling and as a person you have excellent communication skills.
- You are positive, display empathy and have good intercultural skills.
- Position can be based in Egypt, Tunisia, or Lebanon.
