**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Gathering market and customer information to increase the company's revenues by opening new markets and generating new clients in SME & SOHO segments.
- Maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction by handling client’s inquiries, requests, and complaints, As well as developing relationships with customers in person.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, And advising on forthcoming services developments, and discussing special promotions.
- Keeps the Sales Supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
- Representing the company in exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in sales B2B.
- Very Good English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience closing enterprise-level deals.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and approaches.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 6th of October City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
