Senior Specialist Digital Wallet Ecosystem

Overview

Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on digital wallets and payment related technologies

Drive futuristic product roadmap discussion and development with the customer

Ongoing refreshing of product construct to ensure that Mastercard products remain compelling; this involves market research analysis of revenue opportunities, identifying recommendations, and identifying solutions for challenges to our value proposition

Engage regional and in-country stakeholders to identify market opportunities, improve efficiencies or removing pain points based on stakeholder feedback.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to support go to market strategies

Monitor product performance metrics and make recommendations regarding solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product strategy

Management of product benefits with external vendors; responsible for creating value proposition for any new feature/enhancements.

Own product plans

Support Cluster Market Leads to deliver their objectives

Support product lead with solution construct/architecture from business & technical design perspective for digital payments’ products

Develop scalable solutions consistent with Mastercard vision and strategy

Navigate effectively in a cross functional matrix environment

Capability of creating options out of customer requirements, defects, and product gaps

All About You:
Experience in product vertical with excellent project management and matrix-management skills

Proven expertise in designing and defining scalable delivery and operational models and processes for go-to-market product launches

Comfortable in managing product development processes and working to improve team operations that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality of service, within the financial services, payments or technology industry

Comfort and experience of managing internal and external suppliers assisting in the development of products and systems working with an agile development approach

In-depth knowledge of digital payments & wallet domain

Knowledge of Mastercard digital products is a major plus

Excellent consultative skills to analyze problem domain and articulate viewpoints

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Management experience desirable, but not required

Some travel will be required
