MBIS is seeking a SEN coordinator to ensure appropriate identification and provision of pupils special educational needs and lead a team of SEN teachers as well as ensure all staff working within the school are working as well as they can with all pupils with needs. The SENCo will work with the Assistant Heads of Pastoral in Primary and Secondary to ensure high quality education and improved standards of learning, achievement and efficiency for all SEN pupils. He/She must demonstrate an understanding of the wider curriculum and administration needs of education and support each individual pupil’s growth and development
