**2M PLAST Group (Mega2M - Fenix)** | Sheraton, Cairo

We’re looking for an experienced **Chief Accountant** to **lead our accounting team**, manage **costing and financial reporting**, and **develop & mentor the team**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the accounting team to grow and perform at their best
- Handle budgets, cash flow, and **costing analysis**:

- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Support financial planning and decision-making

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance
- At least **7 years of accounting experience**, including **2 or more years in a leadership role**:

- Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and **costing principles**:

- ERP & Excel proficiency
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
