WORK PERFORMED & MAJOR DUTIES: a) Suggest strategies for the credit relationship under supervision and ensure implementing the approved strategy to the allocated accounts. b) Ensure the Bank's leadership position and the extension of top quality service and ensure that the borrower is regularly visited as mandated by the Credit Policy Guide to keep abreast of latest developments and identify any weaknesses promptly. Besides, he will be directly participating in calls for business development. c) Design reports for the relationship follow up such as Contract Finance, Documentations and AFL Renewal, and Cash Inflow....etc. d) Participate actively in identifying the marketing potential within given industries. e) Ensure developing in depth credit analysis of the clients by guiding and urging the staff to understand the details of the operations/ financials/ACC/policies of each client within the industry allocated to each officer. f) Adhere to all banks' regulations, including but not limited to CPM regulations strictly, Central Bank of Egypt regulations and EGBank’s compliance requirements. g) Support subordinate to develop skills necessary to undertake their jobs. h) Develop the best facility structure based on the company's short term and long term needs along with the support package/covenants/conditions precedent in liaison with RM & Credit Analyst. Suggest the pricing based on the company's risk rating in collaboration with the Team Leader & Group Head. i) Assist in negotiating the term sheet to develop the negotiating skills. j) Report to his/her Team Leader / Group Head any unresolved issues with the borrower that could negatively affect the relationship immediately. k) Ensure the quality, accuracy and depth of the AFLs/credit memos/call memos presented and verify the data incorporated in such reviews. l) Ensure delivery of AFLs/credit memos are done in a timely manner and in accordance to schedule and/or needs. m) Ensure proper management of the clients' accounts within the approved limits to ensure best cash management. n) Ensure responding to the clients day to day requirements and maintain strong ties and daily contacts. o) Participate in setting phase out strategies for potential problematic accounts. p) Plan for the AFL review process to ensure that a comprehensive financial review is done for each account in a timely manner. q) Pursue and develop personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. r) Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and colleagues' bank wide. s) Ensure staff awareness and adherence to the EGBank’s policies, bank Code of Conduct, appearance, safety instructions, etc. t) Perform any other related duties as assigned.
