**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Organize and manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- **Correspondence Handling**: Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications professionally and efficiently.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Project Support**: Assist in managing strategic projects by gathering information, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- **Team Coordination**: Follow up with department heads and senior management to ensure alignment on the Chairman's directives.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid experience as an executive or business assistant, with at least 10 years supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and high level of discretion in handling confidential matters.
