**Responsibilities**:

- Runs demonstrations of Nafeza System and provide training to internal employees and external users groups.
- Develop and deliver courses\sessions that are learner-centred and user-friendly
- Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives.
- Develop and design learning videos, and incorporate the latest technology in terms of software and video editing.

**Job Requirements**:

- + 3 years of experience in training (preferably with big corporates)
- Solid experience in video content production and skilled in voiceover.
- Hands on experience with production tools like (Camtasia - Audacity - Adobe Auditionetc.) is a plus
- Very good verbal and written English and Arabic languages
- Team player and fast learner.
- Analytical abilities, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to listen, define, write, explain and interpret ideas and requirements.
- Logistics background is a plus.
