**Role purpose**:
Partnering with and developing a roadmap to understand the demand for CVM data products and how they will create maximum value for Vodafone, clearly articulating the requirement and its financial and non-financial benefits.
Ultimately responsible for developing the product alongside the different markets CVM local team, managing the product release, co-ordinating the development of visualisation and analytics solutions.
Ensure adoption of Product within stakeholder area to drive efficiencies and maximum value to the organisation.
Close working with all BI functions both on-shore and off-shore to ensure delivery of quality products and then lead the change management within the functions.
- There will be Product Manager roles supporting the CVM of following areas:
- Vodafone Business portfolio
- Local Markets Consumer Solutions

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Product release lifecycle and adoption of Data and Analytics products
- Drive the strategy of CVM Analytics across stakeholder organisation
- Challenge and refine Data & Analytics requirements with stakeholders and partner with delivery teams to produce quality CVM Analytics solutions within agreed scope that achieve maximum return for the investment
- Effectively execute change management plans to drive adoption of the solutions within that function
- Prioritise new demand, ensure project pre-requisites are in place and influence stakeholders on pipeline management

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**
- 3+ years experience in CVM in telecom industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise projects
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Data-driven decision making, quantitative analysis skills and data handling experience to make informed decisions. (with SQL proficiency)
- Working knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud platform).
- Ability to clearly articulate product strategy requirements to collaborators, engineering and internal business partners
- Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to achieve results across a large matrixed organization.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in CVM in telecom industry
