LHR Americas recruit people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia. **Who are we looking for?****: **Job Title**: Senior Analyst / Specialist - Treasury Risk Management **Location**: Amsterdam **Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst / Specialist to join our Treasury Risk Management team. This role will have a key focus on managing and mitigating financial risks associated with the company's treasury activities, while also implementing new projects and ensuring compliance with risk management policies and guidelines. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - Professional certification such as CFA or FRM is preferred **Duties and **responsibilities** ***: - Serve as the Treasury Risk Committee Secretary, prepare agendas and minutes, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management - Implement new project: Treasury Risk Cockpit, a new system to enhance treasury risk monitoring and reporting - Manage Credit Rating Agency relationships and coordinate rating model analysis and communication - Manage FX VaR and FX Risk Management, monitor and report on hedging strategies, and ensure compliance with risk limits - Provide oversight of Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk, and ensure compliance with policies and limits - Monitoring of Metals Leasing activities - Review and update risk management policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are effectively communicated to stakeholders **Competencies**: - 5-10 years of experience in (treasury) risk management or a related field - Advanced technical and financial modeling skills, Power BI experience is a plus - Strong understanding of treasury products and financial controllership - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior management - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across functions - A hands-on approach with a "can-do" mentality, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Which are the benefits you will enjoy if you are selected for this job opening?***: This company has the goal to create a team of co-workers who can develop professionally and personally to the fullest.
