**The Big Picture**

DigiSay is a leading MPN (Multi-Platform Network) in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DigiSay's objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region using technology and targeting the global market and making sure it's a great place to work for.

**High Level Job Description**: The A&R manager is expected to co-manage creative projects and help bring them to the finish line for completion. **Primary responsibilities include**:

- Identify new talents and build a pipeline of new artists.
- Pitch DigiSay services and build individual offers.
- Lead meetings with artists & management, calculate budgets and advocate offers before head office, negotiate best conditions resulting in win-win deals.
- Negotiate and sign deals with artists in collaboration with the COO.
- Build contracts, control signings & advance payments.
- Monitor & update pipeline, analyze performances and provide reports.
- Follow market trends, analyze and build competitive offers for our partners.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to run studio sessions at the most efficient and effective level
- Collect, file, and deliver high quality tracks to all of the artist
- File management of tracks, songs, and hooks received from producers and writers
- Communicate effectively and timely with other DigiSay staff
- Help oversee the creative direction of assigned projects
- Communicate effectively with talent, producers, and songwriters

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Must have an extensive network within the music industry creative community (i.e. songwriters, producers, managers, publishers, artists.)
- Must have experience in the music business, a deep knowledge of music trends.

**Special Requirements/Preferences**:

- Be a great communicator.
- Have a working knowledge of Pro Tools (not essential).
