**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and driven Engineering Manager to join one of our Clients to be their first technical leadership hire. You’ll work directly with the founder to build the foundational product and infrastructure of a cutting-edge platform powered by large language models (LLMs).

This is a **0-to-1 role** offering broad ownership across the full stack — from architecture decisions and infrastructure setup to rapid prototyping and product refinement.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Prototype and productionize** AI workflows powered by **LLMs** such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.
- **Architect and deploy** serverless infrastructure on **AWS** (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the founder on **product strategy**, user experience, and design decisions.
- Establish engineering **best practices**, tools, and team culture from the ground up.
- **Hire, lead, and mentor** future engineers, guiding their growth and career development.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of experience in **software engineering**, ideally in startups or high-ownership environments.
- **Engineering leadership** or management experience.
- Hands-on familiarity or strong interest in **LLM APIs**, prompt engineering, or AI development.
- Experience working with **cloud-native/serverless** architectures (especially AWS).
- A strong sense of **ownership**, a bias for action, and a passion for building things from scratch.
