We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join us. As a Business Development Representative with us, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative and motivated professionals who are passionate about empowering businesses to achieve their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and create new sales opportunities by prospecting and lead generation
- Build long-lasting relationships with potential clients, maintain and follow up on leads, and continuously improve the sales funnel
- Assist the sales team with inbound and outbound lead qualification, lead nurturing, and closing deals
- Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors to grow sales in existing and new markets
- Continuously work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network, learn new industry trends, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with the team to design sales materials such as presentations, proposals, case studies, and other marketing materials to support the sales process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in a Business Development or Sales role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Information Technology and Services industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes in priorities and strategies.
