**Responsibilities**:

- Set the operations ( Fulfillment - First, middle & last mile) business plan and the strategy for the operations.
- Managing the overall operations Processes of the branches.
- Ensuring adherence to all operations, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
- Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members.
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; meeting cost targets, initiating corrective actions.
- Responsible for hiring, training and developing all operations teams.
- Expansion across the country.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related field.
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Preferably to be in the parcel and courier business
- Excellent communications skills, Time management, Analytical and forecasting skills, Leadership skills, Project management, Planning and Budgeting.
