**COMPANY DESCRIPTION** The computer-based testing (CBT) coordinator** **supervises daily work of Prometric test center administration, the duties of test center administrators (TCAs) as well as other testing department duties in compliance with the set policies and procedures to best achieve the departmental objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: **Prometric Test Center Responsibilities**: *** **Prometric is a leading provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions to many of the world’s most recognized licensing and certification organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies.** - Supervise and manage the overall operations of the computer-based testing (CBT) testing centers to ensure proper and effective implementation of test center rules and regulations set by prometric testing center and the various testing clients in the running of various tests - Interview, orient, and train new test center administrators following the “Test Center Administrations "Orientation Manual" to become certified & aware with test center rules and regulation - Supervise Test Center Administrators (TCAs) in performing their daily assigned duties to maintain the required level of performance based on the test center work standards - Communicate policies and procedures to Test Center Administrators (TCAs) to keep them timely updated with the test center and organization work standards - Ensure and confirm that Test Center Administrators (TCAs)TCAs file irregularity reports for unusual situations and handle follow-up with clients - Evaluate the performance of Test Center Administrators (TCAs). Complete regular internal audits & share feedback - Create monthly schedule. Plan and assign roles and responsibilities at the Prometric testing centers - Schedule meetings with Test Center Administrators (TCAs) to ensure test center administrators are updated and to share concerns and issues - Open test center test dates to accommodate testing sessions based on demand of Prometric and client need - Manage & report test center weekly capacity - Maintain excellent customer service for all clients. Handle all escalated issues and client complaints in a professional and positive manner Resolve problem & provide solutions - Work closely with Amideast HQ office & Prometric Channel Engagement Manager to ensure prometric policies and procedures are met - Attend all Prometric regional meetings & represent Cairo test centers - Work with the Global Help Desk and EMEA Channel Ops staff for test center support - Review test center records: logs and ensure they are properly filed in chronological order at the test center - Ensure that various data communications are successfully completed - Complete departmental forms thoroughly and accurately document information - Supervise the recording of statistics for the administered exams at prometric testing centers and other statistics upon request - Complete annual budget &report monthly financial review - Submit monthly attendance & payment sheets for Test Center Administrators (TCAs) - Act as back up for associate testing manager during absence - Act as Test Center Administrator for CBT exams when needed **Testing Department Responsibilities**: - Handles Educational Testing Services (ETS) & College board projects - Prepare, print & distribute SAT scores to customer service. Communicate SAT scores verification letters if requested - Supervise GRE test administrations, assign roles on test day - Supervise College Level Examination Program Courses (CLEP), miscellaneous & long-distance tests - Handles ETS special accommodation requests (TOEFL IBT) - Support in test administration of TOEFL ITP, TOEIC & TOEFL Young Series tests. Complete scoring process - Provide backup support for testing department team during peak hours and staff absence - Complete trainings & certifications for paper based & online tests. Supervise & proctor tests if needed - Support in Amideast fairs to promote testing products - Collaborate with several departments in Amideast - Perform any other duties required based on the department’s business need **Qualifications and Skills** **_ Required_** - Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field - Bilingual (Arabic and English) - Fluency is required - Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical - Leadership and supervisory skills - Hard worker and motivated - Excellent communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills - Customer service oriented - Detail oriented - The job requires being careful about details and thorough in completing work tasks - Multi-Task oriented - Excellent teamwork spirit - Ability to work under pressure - Able to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance - Precise attention to details **_Preferred_** - 5-7 years of experienc
