Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Service Client (CSM/RSC) dynamique et bilingue (français/anglais) pour assurer la satisfaction de notre clientèle d'entreprise.
En tant que point de contact privilégié des clients Entreprises, vous serez responsable de leur satisfaction tout au long de la durée du contrat, une fois les solutions vendues implémentées et opérationnelles.
Principales responsabilités
Être le point de contact privilégié pour les clients Entreprises pendant toute la durée du contrat.
Garantir la satisfaction de nos clients grâce à la qualité des services fournis par Orange sous votre supervision.
Assurer la gestion de la qualité de service des solutions du client et fournir les livrables définis contractuellement (tableau de bord, Guide Opérationnel, etc.).
Evaluer les risques afin de les anticiper et mettre en place des plans d'action pour améliorer la qualité de service.
En cas de dysfonctionnement, vous vous assurez que les différentes équipes mettent tout en œuvre pour un retour à la normale dans les meilleurs délais et tenez le client informé de l'avancement de la résolution.
Grâce à votre connaissance des problématiques du client, vous jouez un rôle de conseil et contribuez au développement d'un chiffre d'affaires additionnel en identifiant les besoins et proposant des solutions adaptées (ventes additionnelles).

Techniques
Connaissance des solutions informatiques et télécoms d'entreprise (expérience souhaitée).
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office).
Relationnelles
Avoir le goût du contact avec une clientèle d'affaires.
Aimer le travail en équipe.
Savoir faire preuve d'optimisme, de dynamisme et de sang-froid face aux situations difficiles.
Avoir une bonne capacité d'écoute, d'analyse et de synthèse.
Commerciales
Avoir des objectifs de vente à atteindre.
Personnelles
Savoir piloter et fédérer des interlocuteurs transverses.
Faire preuve à la fois de rigueur et de flexibilité, de curiosité et d'initiative.
Niveau de français et d'anglais permettant de produire ou traduire des documents et de tenir des conversations professionnelles avec des interlocuteurs francophones et anglophones.
