Develops projects objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with project managers. - Determines projects responsibilities by identifying projects phases and elements; reviewing bids from sub-contractors and suppliers - Determines projects specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates - Confirms project performance by designing and conducting installation, operation and commissioning testing on all systems of the project - Establishes projects schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirement; sequencing project elements and resources. - Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. - Controls project plans by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. - Controls project cost by approving expenditures; administering sub-contractor contracts - Prepares project status reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions - Maintains project database by entering and backing up data of all projects - Maintains Deliverance & company reputation by complying with legal regulations and delivering the work with integrity in time and according to the required specifications - Maintains Safe environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations and follow up all HSE Instructions. - Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project. - Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client. - Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager. - Prepares and submits monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager. **Personal Skills**: - Good communication & negotiation skills - Good Leadership skills - Excellent technical report writing skills - Very good command of English **Technical Skills**: Very good computer skills, i.e.; primavera and/or Microsoft project **Education**: Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Electrical or Communication **Job Details**: Job Location Cairo, Egypt Company Industry System Integrator Company Type Employer (Private Sector) Job Role Engineering Employment Status Full time Employment Type Employee Job Division Digital Energy Project Management Career Level Entry Level Years of Experience Min: 2 Max: 4 Residence Location Egypt Nationality Egypt Degree Bachelor's degree
