Technical Project Manager

**Role**:

- Plan the Client’s technology activities with respect to the Digital First Program;
- Manage Program activities in accordance with overall Digital First Program plan;
- Identify and help mitigate Risk, Issues and Dependencies impacting delivery;
- Manage escalations to the steering committee where such cannot be resolved at operational levels;
- Prepare and distribute regular program status reports; and
- Communicate Program status in daily / weekly and monthly update meetings

**Requirements, experience and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., project management, engineering, technology)
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on end-to-end project management of complex digital technology projects within the banking / payments domain
- Extensive experience working on banking / payment product and proposition launches and solution deployments in multiple markets
- Strong knowledge of project management and technology delivery methodologies
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to converse with technology teams to address challenges within project constraints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks
- Experience managing schedules, and resources, with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards.
