**Partner with the best**

As the HSE Leader, you will manage the day-to-day activities while being in the HSE frontline. You will partner with the operations leaders and teams to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

As an HSE Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting Individuals to whom the front-line service people report to and who also have regional responsibilities.
- Helping the front-line EHS people in the business resolve issues with customers and liaise with the regional Operations managers.
- Overseeing of EHS front line service people and managing regional service issues.
- Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs.
- Engaging in process improvement while taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation and developing approaches for different procedures.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety).
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Regional Operations.
- Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills.
