**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Sustainability Specialist scope is to ensure meeting of sustainability KPIs on different tiers, and leading initiatives across different committees. Leading the road maps for both water & energy efficiencies to meet the company’s sustainability vision on 2030 - for Water efficiency, Energy efficiency & Net Zero Carbon) and beyond, this includes all related communications, CAPEX\OPEX & resources as applicable

**KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**General**:
1- Manage different sustainability aspects to ensure compliance with company, legal and international standards requirements e.g. ISO 14001.

2- Develop tactical implementation plans to achieve company sustainability strategical objectives.

3- Support to Improve the sustainability culture on-site.

**Water Efficiency Management**:
1- leading water committee,

2- follow up on action closure with action owners to enhance water efficiency

3- implement & follow up the AWS certification program, including communicating with AWS certificate

4- coordinating out of site activities with OU & stakeholders to comply with AWS requirements

5- following up on daily, weekly & monthly usages, sending analysis report, and tracing back the investigations with area owners to define points of improvements

6- Participate in the monthly network DWT meetings, benchmark with other sites for potential improvements

**Energy Efficiency Management**:
1- leading Energy committee,

2- follow up on action closure with action owners for energy efficiency

3- contributing in Net Zero Carbon initiative road map and following up on progress for projects

4- following up on daily, weekly & monthly usages, sending analysis report, and tracing back the investigations with area owners to define points of improvements

6- Participate in the monthly network DWT meetings, benchmark with other sites for potential improvements

**Waste Management**:
1- Implement, monitor and improve waste management program.

1- handling the destruction requests (internally & externally) cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure requests to comply legally & o our internal process

EOHS
- Encourage appropriate positive attitudes towards EOHS.
- Actively participate in EOHS inspections, audits and risk assessment.
- Ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated appropriately and suitable controls are implemented.
- Has the authority to stop any activity that violate the company EOSH management system.
- Participating in the Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program
- Food Safety
- Fully committed to comply with the food safety policy and to the continuous improvement of the food safety systeM/Framework.

**RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sustainability field (working on energy, water & waste projects with clear objectives and strong achievements record).

Hands-on experience in ISO 14001 implementation & EMS/BMS within a workplace.

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- B.SC Engineering.
