**Responsibilities**:
Design and implement scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and maintenance of high standards of code quality and stability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the JavaScript and Node.js ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Node.js development.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6, and asynchronous programming.

Experience with popular Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS, Koa).

Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and understanding of the HTTP protocol.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.

Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with cloud platforms ( Google Cloud,AWS)(mandatory) and CI/CD tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.

Familiarity with TypeScript.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: E£3,000.00 - E£6,000.00 per month
