**Job Key Responsibilities**
- Supports deployment of Unilever Quality strategy, governance and goals through specific projects and targets
- Supports the development of Quality links to Supply Chain GTM Strategy
- Participates in communication of local regulatory requirements and changes and supports work to ensure compliance at manufacturing sites to ensure compliance in warehousing & logistics
- Participates in Quality Expert interventions (e.g. Operational Quality Reviews, HACCP workshops, Training events, etc.)
- Supports efforts to resolve Quality issues in re-packers, assemblers, promotions suppliers and customers within unit’s geography
- Supports use of Quality processes for innovations, promotional items and changes involving local jewels INCs
- Assists efforts to ensure that on-shelf audits are completed for new innovations and promotions to provide timely feedback
- Supports verification of ongoing compliance to Unilever Quality Management Standards in third party re-packers and assemblers, e.g. through communications, self-assessment activities, KPI monitoring, technical visits, etc.
- Supports Procurement issue resolution and capability assessment for promotional material suppliers
- Supports regular marketplace on-shelf product assessments are carried out (CRQS evaluations), data is analyzed, and improvement projects are activated and followed up
- Supports interface with Consumer / Customer care lines for alert triggers and feedback data
- Supports preparation of Inter-company Quality documents for cross border inter-Unilever FG import, validates first shipment quality and monitors on-going quality of FG received.
- Support Supplier development, localization program, plus to leading E2E Collaborative Manufacturing screening, assessment, setting Operational Protocols & Quality agreement.
- Supports local marketplace product quality incident management and consequent actions
- Assists Incident management reporting per Unilever IM requirements
- Supports development of improvement activities based on the monitoring and manipulation of marketplace data from multiple channels (e.g. consumer & customer care lines, shelf inspections, warehouse & re-packer data, employee observations, etc.)
- Supports effort to provide cold chain quality support and improvements from DC to Point of Sale (POS) - secondary & tertiary transport and storage, distributors, concessionaires.
- Contributes to Quality improvement projects for business complaints, cold chain and on-shelf CRQS improvement
- Supports improvements related to import / export that have been raised to supplying or manufacturing site
- Support Business Waste agenda in terms of setting governance, define key losses, agree with cross functional team on action need to be taken.

**Job Key Requirements & Qualifications**:
**Education Background**:
ESSENTIAL
- University degree in technical discipline or general sciences

PREFERRED
- Biology, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Science degree

**Years of experience**:
ESSENTIAL:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Quality
- Additional experience in Supply Chain Manufacturing

PREFERRED
- 5+ years in Supply Chain Quality role
- Logistics or Customer Service experience
- Food Safety Experience
