Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Cloud Administrator for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
The Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and security of cloud resources, as well as supporting the implementation of cloud-based solutions to meet business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Azure subscriptions, ensuring proper configuration and governance.
- Oversee Azure storage solutions, including Blob Storage, File Storage, and managed disks.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud resources and data.
- Monitor and manage cloud costs, optimizing resource allocation to stay within budget.
- Automate cloud operations using tools such as Azure Automation and PowerShell.
- Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for storage and subscription resources.
- Manage cloud backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with SaaS vendors to address and resolve service-related issues.
- Provide support for cloud-related incidents and service requests, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Document cloud infrastructure configurations and procedures, focusing on subscription and storage management.
- Provide training and support to IT staff on Azure subscription and storage best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and features, recommending and implementing new solutions as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations related to cloud usage.
- Participate in on-call rotation for cloud infrastructure support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, platform management, or system integration within a shared service center.
- Minimum 4 years of azure experience.
- Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure cloud architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and integration technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar.
- Proven experience in managing Azure subscriptions and storage solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and tools.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
- Knowledge of cloud storage concepts and technologies.
- Experience with identity and access management in Azure.
- Ability to automate cloud operations and management tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
